Arnold S. Bowman, organist and choirmaster jf the Derry Street United Brethren Church, will be the first recitalist to appear in a series of three advent organ recitals at Zion Lutheran Church. The congregation dinner scheduled for December 14 at the Machsikey Hadas Synagogue has been cancelled. Reports of the work accomplished by the Women's Aid Society of the Harrisburg Hospital during the summer were heard at the meeting yesterday at the Nurses' Home. Plans were made for a children's Christmas party following a talk by Miss Kathryn Booth, the hospital social worker, on, the hospital's plans for the observance of Christmas.

Mrs. D. I. Rutherford presided at the meeting. Mrs.
