In later years he was attached to the county attorney's office in Phoenix. and to the attorney general's office for Arizona. He also had extensive ranching interests in Hereford, Ariz. Survivors include the wife, Mrs. Brigetta E.

Anderson and a daughter, Mrs. Roger Gilbert, both of El Paso; a sister. Mrs. Iva King, Washington, D.C., and 11 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m.

Tuesday in the Harding-Orr McDaniel Montana Ave. chapel. The Rev. Cyril R. Stone will officiate, but other arrangements are pending.
