Galston yester day to four West Indian colored men and a white man who -were leaders of a pro-Japanese movement in Harlem. Leonard Robert Jordan, 42-year-old "black Hitler of Harlem" and founder of the Ethiopian Pacific Movement, was sentenced to 10 years and fined $10,000.
