urday at Kwang Tri Province, Vietnam. He was attached to Company 1st Battalion of the 4th Marines, and had been twice wounded prior to being killed. He had been recommended for the Vietnamese medal for gallantry in action at Hill 552. A graduate of Norwood High School, he was the second oldest of 10 children of Chief Murphy. His father and mother, both former Marines, met and married while in the Corps during World War II.

He was the sixth Norwood boy to lose his life in Vietnam. Mrs. Abbie Murray Active in Catholic Groups WOBURN Mrs. Abbie G. (Wall) Murray, 81, of 19 Wyman died Wedneslay after a short illness.

Born in Woburn, Mrs. Murray for many years was active in the Ladies Sodality and the Catholic Women's Club. She leaves two sons, Rev. George F. of St.
