A suit filed Tuesday in Santa Monica Superior Court said Davis "inflicted great anguish and mental suffering" upon her, causing illness and unhappiness. Harper, professional model, claimed in 1935 that his features, together with those of Iron Tail, are the only ones depicted in the Indian head of the buffalo nickel. According to Harper, the sculptor worked with Iron Tail for about a week or so when the Chief was appearing with a show at Madison Square Garden. The show left on a road tour and the sculptor requested Harper to pose until the design was completed. New Admiral Had Cancer 3 Times The Navy has promoted Edwin M. Rosen berg, who had stomach cancer three times, to rear admiral.

Pete Burnim of Fram-ingham, a Harvard grad and a student at Harvard Business School, is in charge of fund-raising. And Heber Dreyer, a Harvard sophomore from South Carolina and another member of the football team, is one of 16 counselors on the Summer camp staff of T.E.S.T. (Teen-age Employment Skills Training, a year-round program to provide job skills and Summer recreation for underprivileged Cambridge teen-agers. Now in its fifth year, T.E.S.T. operates from headquarters at 99 Austin Cambridge, where it is directed by James Leath, who signed up as T.E.S.T.'s first full-time president after graduating from Harvard last year.

T.E.S.T. was started by Harvard student agencies but quickly enlisted the support of area businessmen, who provided equipment and machines for training, as well as part-time jobs. This Summer, the City of Cambridge is providing part-time jobs such as in the public library or counting cars at intersections, while T.E.S.T. fills in the gap the rest of the time for about 800 youngsters between the ages of 14 and 19. Year-round caseload of T.E.S.T.

It's real- ly a lot of fun and every- body helps everyone else." Said Tom Ofria, 15, a stu- dent at Arlington High School, "I wouldn't have done anything this Summer, either. Now I'm learning about computers and drama and meeting a lot interesting people, as well."
