London, Au(f- Erl Nelson, grand nephew of the famous hero of Trafalgar, enfered upon his ninetieth year today. Lord Nelson is the oldest member of the House of Lords, and is still a fairly regular attendant at St. Stephen's. He succeeded to the earldom at the age of twelve, but did not take hir seat until 1845; Earl Nelson, who is known as the "Father" of the House of Lords, wm born at Brickworth Park, near Salisbury, England, August 7, 1823. He is a son of the second Earl Nelson and a grand nephew of the famous Lord Nelson, the hero of Trafalgar.
