(Sounds Like a Miracle But We Are Ready to Show You Talk About The Garden of Eden What About This Great Land? If you were to tell farmers back north, east and south, and as a matter of fact some people' in El Paso, that there was land near this city that would produce over $150.00 worth of crop to the acre each year, they would probably doubt the statement.

We are ready to back up this statement by showing you that this land will even do more than this. If we cannot prove these facts to vour own satisfaction we will pay your expenses and for your time on THURSDAY, AUGUST 19 IF YOU JOIN THE CROWD WHICH GOES TO LAS CRUCES TO SEE THE GREAT CANTALOUPE LARGEST AND BEST ON EARTH. Some Facts About the Land This land is located near Las Cruces, N. and is especially adapted to orchards and vineyards. Besides it is recognized as the greatest cantaloupe district in all the country.

While you are making from $150.00 per acre and upwards from your cantaloupe crop, you can, at the saiiae time, have your orchard and vineyard started, and by the time the soil becomes somewhat deadened your orchards and vineyard will have grown to such an extent that the results will pay you even better than the raising of cantaloupes. That sounds like a mighty good thing, don't it And much better than we have claimed for it. Investigate! What It Requires to Purchase This Land Land that is already planted in cantaloupes will sell for $175.00 an acre. On this land you will pay $17.50 cash, $62.50 on each acre during the first year. It can be made in monthly or quarterly payments, just as you prefer.

The balance is payable in five years, no interest or taxes, except the water tax. Land ready to plant in cantaloupes, partially cleared, $150.00 per acre; $15.00 per acre down, $50.00 per acre the first year, divided in monthly or quarterly payments. Balance same as above. Another tract at $100.00 per acre, must be cleared and leveled, but soil is just as good, as any, cash payment of $10.00 per acre; $35.00 payment on each acre during the first year, in monthly or quarterlv payments. Balance on same terms as $175.00 be one of those who will regret that you did not buy one of these five, ten or forty acre tracts, but get ready to join the crowd.

You have plenty of time to make arrangements. Remember the date is Thursday, August 19th. For further particulars, address or call on Hatton Realty Company El Paso, Texas Las Cruces Realty Company Las Cruces, N. M. imwni AMUSEMENTS.
