September 20, 1965 4 1 aW Punchy Fitted For Artificial Right Hand BURLINGTON Edward (Punchy) McLaughlin traveled from his Canton home to the Boston Artificial Limb Co. here today to be fitted for a prosthetic right hand to replace the hand he lost after being ambushed and shot on Aug. 16. A target of underworld guns, the 48 -year -old McLaughlin wag driven by a middle-aged woman whose identity was not divulged.

At the request of Howard Mooney, manager of the limb company, Police Chief Doctor to Retire Dr. William F. Maguire Randolph, dental chief at the Brockton Veterans Administration Hospital, will retire after 20 years of service. He will be honored at a testimonial dinner at the Sheraton Plaza Sept. 22.
