(UPI)-later in anthology under the Shirley Jackson, 46, widely known author of mystery stories and children's books, died at her home Sunday, apparently from a heart attack. In private life she was the wife of Stanley E. Hyman, a member of the Bennington College faculty. She also left four children and her parents. In accordance with her wishes, funeral services will be omitted. A native of San Francisco. she began her writing career same title, "The Lottery" frequently is included as required reading for high school and college freshman English courses.
