RECORD REVIEW in stereo: Complete new recording of Handel's Messiah with Colin Davis, London Globe-Kaiser's WKBG Begins Broadcasting Today Radio Stations WXHR, Cambridge, and WXHR FM, Boston, begin broadcasting today under the ownership of WKBG, Inc. WXHR is at 740 on the AM dial and WXHR-FM is at 96.9 The transfer of the stations to the new corpora tion Has approved by the Federal Communications Commission on Oct. 20. WKBG, is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Kaiser Broadcasting Corporation and The Boston Globe.

In announcing the change, James P. Lynagh, general manager of WKBG, said that the broadcasting company's television station, Channel 56, will be in operation in mid-December. Kaiser Broadcasting Corp. also operates KFOG in San Francisco. WKBD in Detroit.

WKBS-TV, Burling, ton-Philadelphia, and KMTW-TV, Corona-Los Angeles, and holds a permit for KHJK-TV in San Francisco. WKBG is the first entry into broacasting by The Boston Globe.
