C. LAckawanna 4-7954 Former RFC Director Hot Springs, July 30 Crowley Couch, 63, utility and rail magnate, died at Couchwood, his Summer home on Lake Catherine, near here, this morning. He was head of the Arkansas Power and Light Co. and Kansas City Southern Louisiana and Arkansas Railway. From 1932 to '34 he was a Harvey director of the Couch RFC and in the World War was Federal Fuel Administrator for Arkansas.

Cooke Funeral Home, 117 W. 72d the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers announced yesterday. Masonic rites will be included.

Leonard died Tuesday. In addition to his widow, the former Mabel Russell, Leonard is survived by an adopted son, Eddie Leonard a lyric tenor. The burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Queens.
