Manatawny died Thursday night in Pottstown Memorial Medical Center where she was a patient two weeks. She was ill four months. Born in she was a daughter of the late John and Suzan (Mizic) Shandor. Mrs. Demeter came to this country in 1913, and lived in Pottstown the past 55 years.

She was a member of St. Byzantine Catholic Church. Donald E. Harrop, Chester County coroner, said an autopsy was inconclusive, and the cause of death is being investigated. Born in Puerto Rico, Mr. Velazquez was a resident of Pottstown since 1966. He was a retired U.S.

Mr. Fakete died Tuesday night in Phoenixville Hospital, where he was a patient two weeks. Born in Tompkins Cove, N.Y., he was a son of the late Albert and Elizabeth (Magyar) Fakete. He was employed many years by the former Ciba Corp, Kimberton. He was last em- ployed at the Munsey Products Kimberton, retiring a year ago.

He was a 55-year member of the Phoenix Hose Hook and Ladder and the Woodmen of the World.
