He immigrated to the Rio Grande Valley in the early 1940's.

During the late 1940's he moved to the state of Oregon, where he worked for the Southern Pacific Railroad. He returned to the Border area and was a photographer during the Bracero Program. He married his wife Carmen in 1953. During this time he was a concrete and rock wall contractor. He continued with his construction business established El Nido Restaurant along with his wife in 1961.

He continued his restaurant business and established concrete and Post Tension, Inc. a During the 1980's he was widely known throughout the construction industry. Throughout his life he touched many lives. He is survived by his sons Jorge L. and wife Yolanda, Victor M.

He is survived by his sons, Jose Manuel, Lorenzo, Guadalupe, Jesus, Antonio, Martin and Luis; daughters, Beatriz Torres, Frances Arellano, Cecilia Cabrera, Mary Sandahl, Eduviges Cabrera and Ramona Hernandez; 30 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren and several other family members and friends. Mr. Cabrera was very proud of the fact that he had five of his sons serve in the military with duty during the Vietnam War, Persian Gulf, Kosovo Campaign and counter drug interdiction. The woman said he followed her as she exited at Executive and came out of his vehicle at a red light to confront her.

She said he struck her window and mirror and spat on her car because she refused to roll down her window. She said she called 911 on her cellular phone and followed the man to his place of work to wait for the police. Both were arrested. Vehicle theft, 200 block of North Mesa Hills, Aug. 30: A man said someone stole his 1991 Toyota Camry with RETGH stickers on the side and his doctor's bag and work uniform inside.

Urinating in public, 11100 block of Pellicano, Aug. 24: Of- ficers saw a man urinating in a parking lot and told them he was in a hurry. BUSTILLOS Guadalupe Bustillos, 73, passed away Monday, September 3, 2001. Longtime resident of El Paso. She was a cook for the Army Y.M.C.A.

at Martin Cha- Public intoxication, 1300 block of Lomaland, Aug. 30: Officers found two intoxicated men standing outside a motel room with beer cans in their hands. While officers checked warrants on the men, one of them became hostile and walked back inside the room. He was arrested because officers feared for their safety. The other man had outstanding warrants and was also arrested.

Mr. Villanueva was a cattle rancher. He is survived by his wife, Loretta K. Villanueva of San Diego, sons Judas and Joseph, daughters Jessica and Jacquline Amanda, sisters Josefina brothers and Georgina, Jorge and Carlos. Private services will be held.
