He charges that she was cruel and abusive to him on Sept 4, 1934, and that she was unfaithful to him on various occasions with persons unknown to him.

Small divorced his wife originally in 1916, a short time after he married her. After that Mrs Small married and divorced other men and then remarried the hotel man last year. They lived in an apartment at 1156 Commonwealth av, Allston. There are no children. Small said that his first divorce was obtained on the ground of infidelity.

Conferees Decide on Separate Ballot WASHINGTON. Aug 3 (A P) Congressional conferees on the A. A. A. bill today sent to the House for a separate vote the Senate amendment classifying potatoes as a basic commodity and setting up a production control system.

The action followed closely the filing of a House Agricultural Committee minority report on the Warren Potato bill, which is similar to the control plan proposed in the Senate amendment.
