She was a member of the Carlisle Springs Evangelical Church. Her only survivors are several aunts and uncles, including Benjamin Getz, of Coover and Arch streets, Mech anicsburg. Harrow Taken byDeatli Retired Bell Phone Em ploye in Service For 29 Years Alfred Harrow, 57, retired senior staff assistant in a super visorv capacity with the Bell Tele phone Company, died of a heart attack Wednesday ai nis nome, 2801 North Second street." Harrow entered the employ of the public utility as a lineman in April. 1910, and was retired in June, 1939, after twenty nine years service. He was successively ly foreman, district construction foreman, plant instructor in new methods of construction and ap nlieation of new methods from 1931 to 1937, and from 1937 until his retirement was senior staff as sistant.v A member of Fifth Street Meth odist Church and the Telephone Pioneers of America, he is sur vived by his widow, Mrs. Margaret Funk Harrow. SEIPE Oscar Prowell Seipe, 63, retired farmer and school teacher, died Wednesday at his home in Fair view township, near Yocumtown, York county. A native of York county, he attended the schools of the county, Millersville Normal School, Drexel Institute and Palms Business Philadelphia.

He taught school in York county for nine years" and also taught at Palms Business College three years. He has been ill 24 years. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Alotta K. Seipe; two sons, Marlin New Cumberland, R.

and Carol at home; a stepmother, Mrs. Lydia Seipe, Goldsboro, and a half sister. Mrs. Clarence Hempt, New Cumberland. Services will be at 2 p.

KARL E. PLANK Karl E. Plank, 48, died at his home, 20 South Twenty eighth street, Penbrook. He was a form er Pennsylvania Railroad employe. Surviving are his widow, Mrs.

Mabel I. Plank; daughter, Mrs. Wayne Bosworth, Penbrook; bro ther, O. Delmont Plank, Boston; and sister, Mrs. B.

F. Bard, Enola. He was a member of Camp 56, P. O. S.

of A.t and the Grace United Brethren Church, Pen brook. Services will be held Monday at 2 p. at the home, the Rev. Dr. H.

E. Schaeffer, of Grace Church officiating. Burial will be in East Harrisburg Cemetery. Friends may call at the home Sunday after 6:30 p. m.

MRS. AGNES P. SNYDER Mrs. Apnes Page Snyder died Tuesday night at the home of her daughter, Mrs. James Miller, 309 Market street, New Cumberland.
