York Hosiery Mill Contract Is Signed York, Oct. 31. A contract has been signed between the United Textile Workers of America, AFL, and Joseph Black and Sons hosiery, after four months' negotiations. Francis Stabley, president of local 3646, said the contract calls for general increases in pay, vacation clause, which provides paid vacations according to length of service and seniority rights. More than 500 persons are employed at the mill.
