Bouchard. There will be a round-table discussion under the leadership of Mrs Cora W. Ross. The regular meeting of the Philo-matheia Club will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 at the chalet on Commonwealth av. The meeting willbe in charge of th lecturer, Mrs Peter W.

Collins. The entertainment will be provided by the following artists: Mrs Mark Lyons, soloists; Joseph Ecker, soloist, and Mrs Anne H. Gulesian, pianist. There will be a benefit bridge and whist party at the Old Courthouse on Saturday evening in aid of the Franciscan Convent. Mrs P.

J. Grinley and Mrs William Ryan will be In charge. There will be a meeting of the Ramblers at the Brighton Catholic Institute on Sunday afternoon at 2 oclock. William P. Kelley, manager of the ciub, will preside.

The parliamentary law class of the Ei ighton Women's Catholic Institute will be resumed on Friday night. Htre has been no meeting for the past two weeks, because of tho Easter affairs. Miss H. ONeil will be In I charge of the meeting, assisted by Mrs Joseph L. Muldoon.

QUINCY Caulbeck. arrangements were in charge of William M. Truselle, vice commander and chairman of the Quincy Park Board. The Quincy Rotary Club voted yesterday to send the new president, Robert E. Fov as a delegate to the inter national Rotary conference In Vienna the first week in June.

Sven Ekstrand, a well-known resident of tne Penns Hill District and a prominent member of the Swedish Congregational Church, died yesterday in his home, 23 High st. He leaves his wife and daughter.

The funeral will take place tomorrow afternoon -at the Swedish Congregational Church. A special meeting of the City Council has been called for tomorrow morning to consider the zoning ordinance which has agitated it three months. Evidently tiring of the post-midnight sessions, the Council now going to the other extreme and will meet in the early morning hours. There was a time, so far distant, they used to adjourn about that time. Following the session tomorrow the Council will make a tour of the city to look over the streets for which petitions have been made that they be accepted as public ways.

A dress rehearsal of the cast of "The College Flapper was held last night in the hall of the Quincy High School, where the play will have its first public performance tonight.
