St Francis Xaviers Mission House is a foreign college of the Society of the Divine Word, located at Island Creek, Mass, where boys and young men of the New England and Atlantic States States who wish to become priests and missionaries of the society receive a Christian education and a six years classical course in preparation for their novitiate, theological studies and the priest hood. The society is the youngest in the archdiocese of Boston. The fathers located at Island Creek about six years ago with three priests, two brothers, two sisters and seven boys. Today the mission house has eight priests, four brothers, four sisters and 40 boys, the latter study- REV NORBERT L.
