NEW YORK, Aug 28The Herald this morning says: Another Cuban filibustering expedition. It is reported, sailed from this pert about two weeks ago, under the command of Col Francisco Sanchez. A rumor is also current in this city. In circles in sympathy with the revolutionists. that the expedition has landed on the shores of the island.
