ANNE SEYMOUR Some radio actresses are born to be radio "mothers" but few are followed through their careers by the same "children" Few except Anne Seymour, who for the fifth time in her ether life will play a mother to Dolores Gillen, starting Friday, in the latter's characterization of "Barrie" on "Joyce JordanGirl Interne," heard weekdays at 2.15 p. m. over WHP and the Columbia Network. Anne and Dolores first happened on their mother child combination in Chicago several years ago when twenty six year old Dolores played two year old Davey Marlin in "The Story of Mary Marlin." Following that, Anne was mater to Dolores in another Chicago show called "Tom Bradley." After that, Anne went to New York, thinking she had left Dolores in the West. She was the surprised party, however, when, cast as a mother in "Against The Storm," she discovered Dolores was to be her six year old son! In "King Arthur, Junior," Dolores was called for the role of a fourteen year old lassie and her mother was none other than one Anne Seymour.

Just last week, "Hi" Brown, di rector of "Joyce Jordan' Girl Interne," asked Anne if she would take the role of a mother on his hospital show. Anne's comment was "and Dolores Gillen will be my son?" Anne was right.
