Ask Hearing On Bill Representatives of boroughs and townships have asked the House committee in charge of the latest commercial drivers' license bill for a hearing because the bill raises the weight limit for trucks to 50,000 pounds, which is that of some adjoining States. The contention is that the new weight would damage street surfaces and bridges. State Highway department people may be asked to give views, although up to date Secretary I.
