T. and T. systems will be inaugurated next Monday, April 24, the State Transit Commission announced yesterday. The line serves the World's Fair area. When the first express train leaves Main SL, Flushing, bound for Manhattan at 6:30 A.

Mayor LaGuardia and members of the commission will be among the first passengers. The trip will mark the culmination of years of effort to provide an urgently seeded improvement for Flushing residents. The new schedules provide for subway express trains between Main Flushing, and Times Square, leaving at nine-minute intervals. T. express trains from Main St.

Second Ave. elevated trains will rot run over the express track on the Flushing line, in accord with the commission policy avoiding the operation of wooden and steel equipment on the same track, particularly on high-speed routes.

The express running time from Flushing to Times Square will be twenty-seven minutes. The T. expresses are scheduled to make the trip from Main St. to Queens Plaza in fifteen minutes. The express service will start 5aily westbound from Main at 6:30 A.

M. and will continue until 10:43 A. M. The first eastbound rabway express will leave Times Square at 10:50 A. M.

The. first eastbound T. express will leave Queeia Plaza at 11:09 A. M. Eastbound express operation will continue throughout trSe afternoon and tha evening rush hour, the last Interborough express leaving Times Square at 8 P.

M. The Express Stops. After leaving the Main St. terminal, expresses will stop at Vfillets Point Boulevard, Junction Boulevard. Woodside and Queens Plaza.

From Queens Plaza, the I. R. T. subway trains will make all etops to Times Square. In the local service, I.

R. T. subway trains will run at nine-minute intervals from Main St. to Times Square; T. shuttles at the lame interval from Main St.

to Queens Plaza, and I. R. T. Second Ave. trains from Willets Point to South Ferry on four-minute intervals during the peak of the rush hour and on intervals of from six to ten minutes in tapering periods.

40 Trains an Hour. In rush hours, the combined express and local services are scheduled at the rate of forty trains per hour, which represents the full operating capacity of the single track upon which all trains must run when moving in the direction opposite to the main flow cf traffic.
