SPOT REDUCING A retirement pension of $180.49 a month was approved for Chesney Monday by trustees of the City Employes Pension Fund. The trustees also extended for one year payment of a widow's pension to Mrs. Elizabeth McGin-ley, whose husband had been a PSB employe at the time of his they were measures which would burden the poor.
