Montgomery, Retired RR Conductor Charles Montgomery, 86, a Xeitia resident since 1914 who made his home at the King St, Nursing for the 1 a few years, died Sunday at 8:25 a.m. at Greene Memorial Hospital. Mr. Montgomery retired in 1952 as a conductor for the Pennsylvania Railroad after 49 years' service.

He was a member of the Brotherhood of Rait- way Trainmen, the first United Presbyterian Church of Xenia and was a 60 year member of Xenia Lodge No. 49, FAM. Born at. Seaman, May 18, 1882, he was the son of John S. and Lucincta Zile Montgom- grandchildren and four great- grandchildren.

Memorial contributions a be made to the First i Presbyterian Church. Steven P. Pennington Word has been received here of the death of Steven Parker Pennington, 77, a former Xenia resident, Dec. 8 in Bradenton, Fla. Death followed a lengthy illness.

Mr. Pennington, who was born at Port William, is -survived by his widow, the former Emma Fudge of Xenia; four children and tivo sisters including Mrs. Collins Williamson of Cedarville. Services and burial were in Florida. C.

A. MONTGOMERY He married the former Rosa L. Arey Dec. 15, 1906, and she preceded him in death Oct. 9, 1952.

Survivors include two Dr. Edward L. Montgomery of Circleville and Dr. Charles L. Montgomery of Indian i two grandchildren, Dr.

Charles J. Montgomery, stationed at Pensacola, with the U.S. Navy and Mrs. Sarah Hughes of Springfield, and a great grandson, J. Edward Montgomery of Pensacola.

The Rev. ftobert Huck i offieate at private services Tuesday morning at 1 Funeral Home, 106 W. Market at the family's convenience. Friends may call at the funeral home 7-9 tonight, and Masonic services will be conducted there tonight at 8:30. Interment will be in Woodland Cemetery.

Albert Hunt DAYON Private services for Mrs. Margaret Hunt, 68, of 1563 Bowman mother of Albert Hunt of Bellbrook, will be conducted Tuesday at Roustsong Funeral Brown St. at Irving Ave. Burial will be in Davids Cemetery. Mrs.

Hunt died Sunday at Kettering Memorial Hospital. She is survived by her husband, Albert; another son, a brother, two sisters and four grandchildren. There will be no calling hours. Mrs. Emma Hogue SPRINGFIELD Services for Mrs.

Emma Clara Hogue, 621 W. Grand sister of William Sterling, Xenia, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Dennis L. Porter Funeral Home with interment in Ferncliff Cemetery. Mrs.

Hogue, who died Saturday at 9:50 a.m. in Hospital, also is survived by one son, Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. Tuesday. Harold D. Ross SPRINGFIELD Services for Harold D.

Ross, 64, of 624 S. Wittenberg brother of Mrs. Fannie Leach, Xenia, will be held Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. in the Robert C. Henry Funeral Home vyith interment in Ferncliff Cemetery.

Mr. Hoss was born March 28, 1904, in Greene County and died Saturday at 6:20 p.m. in Mercy Hospital following an extended illness. Other survivors include one daughter, two sisters, one brother and five grandchildren. Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday afternoon and evening.

Mrs. Alma M. Walker DAYTON Services for Mrs. Alma M. Walker, 93, of 4860 Delba mother of Walker, CedarviUe, were held today in Tobias Funeral Home with interment in Davids Cemetery.

Mrs'. Walker, died at 12:15 p.m. Friday, also is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Charles H. -Hall Mrs.

Mary Frances Hall, 49, of V97 E. Market i at 7:30 p.m. Sunday at Greene Memorial Hospital, where she tiad been a patient for a week. She was a substitute teacher for the Xenia Schools. The daughter of Richard and Florence Murdock, she was born March 5, 1919, in Jamestown.

Her parents preceded her in death. Mrs. Hall was graduated from SiiVercreek High School, Jamestown, and received a BS degree in English and social studies' at Miami University. She also, had done graduate work at Northwestern University in.Evanston, 111., and while attending there she completed a course in business administration. was employed as assistant personnermanager for the Metropolitan Assurance Co.

)f Chicago, 111., and was a teacher in Cleveland for i years. Survivors include her husband, Charles. Harris' Hall; a son, Charles Howard Hall of Oberlin, and several cousins in Jamestown. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the Winfrey Funeral Home, 335 E.
