Jimmy Durante and Lauritz Melchior team up for Elgin's "Two Hours of Stars" broad cast on Thanksgiving Day, (WHP) November 28. Comedian Durante and Metropolitan Opera star Melchior have appeared together In several movies. Sam Spade Solves Missing Denture Mystery on WHP "The Kandi Tooth Caper" will be solved by Dashiell Hammett's favorite private eye on "The Ad ventures of Sam Spade" in a two' part presentation. The first part will be given on Sunday, Novenv ber 10, and the second on Sunday, November 17, at 8 p. m.

Doyle Star on "Open House" Faye Emerson, Morey Amster dam, comedian, and Bobby Doyle, vocalist, are co starring on this week's "Hollywood Open House" tonight (Saturday) at 7 o'clock over WHP. This is the second in a series of Saturday night shows to be heard over WHP during the current season. The series opened last week with Jack Benny and Co. as the feature attraction.
