Dock Potter, the third man, entered a plea of guilty and Mas given 25 years for the bank robbery and years for auto theft. The three men were carried to Grosbeck several days ago to face I auto theft indictments there, Bud Russell, State penitentiary was in Corsicana Monday en route to Huntsville with 26 prisoners and was advised that Howe, Potter and Burton were ready to go to the penitentiary.
