Dallas Airmotive To Move In Take Over Spartan Facilities Dallas Airmotive Inc. will take over Spartan Aviation Inc. facilities in Harlingen industrial airpark July 1 under an Air Force contract for the overhaul of R4-360 engines. Mayor Ralph Thompson and City Attorney Al Coneway said Monday the total amount of the contract is million, but the Ar Force actually awarded only a first phase in the amount of $941,000 covering a two-year period.
