Obituaries and Funerals BERT SNIDER Wilton Bert Snider, 82. Wilton, died al 1:20 a. m. this morning at Mercy hospilal. Davenport, following a brief illness.

A retired farmer, Mr. Sni'Vr had been a hog buyer for Dubuque Packing Company for. the past 1G years. Born in Cedar county on March 13. 1S79, he was the son of George and Sarah Baker Snider.

He was a lifetime residenl of this area. On March S. 1902. he married Myrtle Follmer at Driven port. Ho was a member of the Christian church.

Survivors include the widow, two sons. Leo or Davenport and Milbnrl. of Wilton; a'hmlher Roy of Muscatine; a sister Mrs. Alice Ncycns or Santa Monica, three grandchildren and two greal grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, son, three brothers and one sis let'.

Funeral services will he held at 2 p. m. Monday, Feb. 5, at the Willon Preshylerian church, the Rev. J.
