Pearson will be among the guests attending the Ottawa, premiere of the film My Fair Lady on Wednesday at the Nelson Theatre. Her full-length white crepe -gown, trimmed with heavy, lace. applique, had a court train. She wore her mother's fingertip veil and tiara laced with tiny white pearls. Butterfly orchids were arranged on her ivory prayer book. Miss Kathy McCarthy of Toronto was maid of honor and bridesmaids were.

Miss Chenier and Miss Beth Reynolds. Attendants were similarly dressed in fulllength gowns of cranberry, crepe with matching satin bow headdresses, elbow-length: white gloves and They carried cascades of Fiji mums. H. Howard, Montreal; Miss Kit McMeans, sister of the bridegroom; Miss Joan Francis, Montreal; Miss Parkinson, Toronto. They were similarly dressed in Empire-style gowns of Autumn russet peau-de-soie with floating back panels and matching Tom Jones bow headdresses. Their bouquets were arrangements of yellow. mums, orange roses and acorns.

Miss Victoria Mackenzie, junior -bridesmaid, was in gold peau-de-soie. Mr. John Bull of Ottawa was best man and guests were ushered by Douglas Cameron, Ottawa; Bill Ottawa; Tom McDougal, Ottawa; Hugh Mackenzie (brother of the bride), Toronto. Philip Matheson, Oyster Bed Bridge, PEI, was in Ottawa on Friday visiting the national office of the Federated Canada, the she heads. Her election this year came following eight years' service on the provincial WI executive, and 'offices on the nationexecutive over the past three years. Even so, Mrs. Matheson says, she feels that she's just getting her feet wet. Her term extends over a three year period during which Mrs.

Matheson will visit. all provinces and WI organizations in the North. Under her presidency, plans will also be made for Canadian WI participation in the triennial meeting of Associated Country Women' of the World in Dublin in 1965. A native of PEI, Mrs. Matheson is a mother of two and was a teacher until her marriage.

Her son, Donald married and student Prince of Wales College. Her daughter, Margaret, is mar. ried to a physician in Crapaud. PEI. In reflecting on the work of WI.

Mrs. Matheson said that the organization's program is basically the same was when she joined it years ago. "Our work is way's needed in helping teach new skills to homemakers in rural areas," she said.
