Saturday at "The Beeches." the Bibb family summer place near here. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. James Nolan Roark of St. Louis.

and the grandson of Mrs. James E. Roark of Nitro. The Rev. Reba Thurmond of Morgantown performed the ceremony and music composed by Ms.

Elizabeth E. Smith of Charleston, was played by Phillip Noel of Rev. Julius Fischback of Lansing. assisted with the ceremony and poetry was read by Robert Brown of Beckley. MS.

SMITH was maid of honor and Robert Roark of Spencer, brother of the bridegroom, was best man. Robert Steptoe of Bridgeport was groomsman. Following a reception at Willowwood Country Club, the couple left for a wedding trip to White Sulphur Springs. They will live in Pittsburgh. Pa." Mrs.

Roark attended Randolph-Macon Woman's College and graduated from West Virginia University with a degree in political science. She has a doctor of jurisprudence degree from WVU college of law and is a member of the West Virginia Bar. Her husband is a graduate of the University of Virginia, where he was a member of the Jefferson Society and Sigma Epsilon fraternity. He served with the Armed Forces in Vietnam as a captain in the Marine Corps. He graduated from WVU college of law and is a U.

S. attorney with the Organized Crime Strike Force of the Department of Justice for West Virginia and the western district of Pennsylvania. Jane Salisbury Is Married Miss Jane Barton Salisbury, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fraocis Salisbury of 1142 Lyadale became the bride of C.

W. MessLoger. son of Mrs. Willard Messioger of West Haraliu, on Saturday in the Oakwood Baptist Church. The Rev.

Lee White officiated and music was provided by Mark Edwards aad Jim Hawks. The bride was given in marriage by her father. Man 1 Kay Grant was matron of honor and bridesmaids were Joyce Bayes, Bobbi Alsop. Carolyn Bragg and Linda Hughan. MIKE PHILLIPS served as best man.
