The meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m. Friday. Delegates will assemble to review conservation topics of interest to West Virginia and to plan for another year of activity. One of the highlights of the session will be a meeting with State natural resources director Ira Latimer on Saturday to draft a joint legislative program for 1973. Dr. Bartow Gulp of Charleston, S.C., representative of the National Wildlife Federation, and F. Scott Krug. regional representative from State College, Pa., will attend.
