11 A--Sept. 10, 1972 Sunday Gazette-Mail Chirmton, VVMt Vlrflnl*--- Kissinger Moscow-Bound Via Munich KISSINGER . WASHINGTON-GD-After telling newsmen "I never talk about my trips," Henry A. Kissinger flew off to Munich Saturday en route to three days of talks in Moscow on outstanding East-West issues. Unanswered questions included whether President Nixon's chief foreign-policy adviser will be seeing Le Due Tho, the North Vietnamese envoy now reported returning from Hanoi to the Paris peace talks. Radio Peking said Tho had left there for Paris, and U.S. officials figured he might stop off in Moscow as he has in the past. But they doubted a Kissinger-Tho meeting would take place in the Soviet capital. It appeared more likely there would be another Kissinger-Tho session in Paris after Kissinger winds up his talks in Moscow to be held today through Wednesday. The two have been meeting secretly in Paris, the last time Aug. 14, with no noticeable progress toward a peace settlement. On his way over, Kissinger is ence on North Vietnam's war policy. Kissinger's journey was pictured in general as a followup, to last May's summit session i n j which Nixon agreed with Soviet' spending today in talks with leaders on high-level political jWest German Chancellor Willy; consultations from time to time.
