BISSETT -- former Joan Evans The First United Methodist Church of South Charleston was the setting Saturday for the marriage of Miss Joan Leslie Evans and Larry Alan Bissett. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. L. Leslie Evans of South Charleston and his parents are Mr. and Mrs. Milton M. Bissett of Morgantown. The Rev. Claude Collins performed the candlelight ceremony and the bride was given in marriage by her father. A musical program was furnished by Mrs. Thelma Castleberry and vocalist John Marshall. Maid of honor was Miss Kathy Jones of South Charleston and bridesmaid was Miss Mary Holland of Tulsa. Okla. Flow- ergirl was Amy Hayes of Charleston. * * # GEORGE D1M1TRIOU of Dayton, Ohio, and ushers were Robert Eyerman of State College, Pa., and Richard King of Dayton. Ohio, brother-in-law of the bridegroom. A reception followed the ceremony at Kanawha Country Club. The couple will honeymoon in Myrtle Beach. S. C. They will live in Morgantown. The bride graduated from South Charleston High School and received a B. A. degree in Spanish from West Virginia University, where she was a member of Sigma Delta Pi Spanish Honorary. Her husband is a graduate of Meadowdale High School in Dayton, Ohio and received a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, where he was a member of Theta Chi Social Fraternity and Tau Beta Pi Chemical Engineering Honorary. He is employed by Morgantown Energy Research Center and is completing his master's degree in chemical engineering at West Virginia University- Donna Billings, D. M. The bride is a graduate of Charleston High School and received a B.A. degree in psychology from Marshall University, where she was a member of Psi Chi.
