Pa.-Tbe Zion Lutheran Church here was the setting Saturday when marriage vows were exchanged by Miss Susan Conant Harrison, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Matthew Harrison Jr. of Landisville, and John Carper Dixon. son of Dr. and Mrs. A. C. Dixon Jr. of Charleston. W. Va. The Rev. Gerald A. Krum officiated and the bride was given in marriage by her father. Louise Brown of Pittsburgh was maid of honor and matron of honor was Mrs. James Abel Jr. of Oxford. Pa., sister of the bridegroom. Bridesmaids were Elizabeth Hayes Theiling and Karen Marie Theiling of Charleston, cousins of the bride. School here and from West Virginia Wesleyan College. She is a Orst grade teacher at Fellowsville. W. Va., Elementary School. Her husband is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. A. C. Dixon of Charleston and Mrs. Carl Carper, formerly of Buckhannon. and the late Mr. Carper. A gradute of Charleston High School, he attended West Virginia Wesleyah College and is a third-year student at the West Virginia University school of dentistry. They will reside in Morgantown. Richard Jr. oi South Charleston, became the bride of David Muir Rossman, son of Dr. and Mrs. William B. Rossman of 4801 Kanawha Ave., SE. at 1 p. m. on Saturday in the First Presbyterian Church. The Rev. J. Harrell Harper officiated and music was provided by Mrs. Alice A. Eaddy and Mrs. William H. McKee. The bride was given in marriage by her father. Mrs. Samuel J. Richard 111 was matron of honor for her sister-in-law and Mrs. Steve Howard of Wise, Va., was bridesmaid. * * * THE BRIDEGROOM'S father served as best man. Ushers were Samuel J. Richard II aad De. William B. Rossman Jr. of Miami. Fla.. the couple's brothers. James A. Bibby III and Michael Rice of Union Following a reception at Berry Hills Country Club, the couple left for a wedding trip to St. Thomas. V. I. They will live at 5404 Kentucky St. South Charleston. Mrs. Rossman attended Concord College and has a B. A. degree in art from Morris Harvey College, where she is working toward a degree in accounting. She is a member of Allied Artists and is employed by Appalachian Controls Co. Her husband graduated from Phelps School in Malvern. Pa. He attended Southwood College in Salem, N.
