4C -- August 3,1975 *^ r W ' Ann Margaret Talley Wed To Steven Craig Harvey A reception in the Si Albans Woman's Club followed tbe noon ceremony on Saturday in St. Andrew United Methodist Church when Miss Ann Margaret Talley became the bride of Steven Craig Harvey. - She is the daughter of Mrs. Robert Randolph Talley Sr. of St. Albans and the late · Mr. Talley. Parents of the bridegroom are '..Mr. and Mrs. Charles J. Harvey of Iron";ton. Ohio. .- The Rev. Melvin Risinger and the Rev. : . Richard 1. Ward performed the ceremony luad the bride was given in marriage by ^her brother. Robert Randolph Talley Jr. A ·program of nuptial music was furnished '.by the organist. Brian Roderick: guitarist. ISarah Lewis: and vocalist. Virginia Knis- dale. Fla.. was maid of hooor for her sister and bridesmaids were Pam Jones of Alexandria. Va.. Jan Petty of Louisville. Ky.. Vickie Myers of Knoxville. Tenn.. Rebecca Allen of Huntington, and Judy Arthur of St. Albans. The bridegroom's cousin. Erin Amick. was the flowergirl and the bride's cousin. Michael Cogar. was ringbearer. Mark Harvey of Ironton served as best man for his brother and ushers included Hal Spears. Steve Massey and Rick Meeks. all of Ironton; Jim Young of Kenova. and Howard Franklin of Huntington. JANEBETH TALLEY of Fort Lauder- MR. AND MRS. Harvey will make their home on Fifth Avenue in Huntington. following a southern wedding trip. The former Miss Talley is a graduate of St. Albans High School and Marshall University, where she was a member of Sigma MRS. S.C. HARVEY . . . former Ann Talley Sigma Sigma Sorority and the Council for Exceptional Children. Her husband was graduated from Ironton High School and is a senior at Marshall University, being a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity and the American Chemistry Society. MRS. J. N.
