TEN Admits Killing His Best Friend DOVER, Feb. 28, George -Alesiano, 52. of Dover, Tuesday paved the way for his first-degree murder arraignment today for killing his neighbor, Leo Byers, 38, by confessing, Tuscarawas county and Dover officials said, that he was drinking before the shooting at Alesiano's home Sunday. Aiesiano did not resist Tuesday when captured at Tippecanoe, a Harrison county village southeast of here Aiesiano tossed his revolver in a snowdrift, he said.
