Clothiers To Our Friends: January 22, 1930 Ten years ago this month, aid precisely on January 20th, something took place in Connellsville. A new firm was established: a new career was opened for two well known Cornell sville boys. A new foundation was built and gradually a monument of service was erected. Of course, rendering service was nothing new with the participants of tlrs new enterprise. It was handed down in a measure, acquired from the old school. But in their own store and in their own way they established a service that could not help but make more and more friends and sf aunch customers. This caused this small enterprise to become a notable success, until gradually, a few months later there was need for larger quarters. Thus, the Oppenheim- Gigliotti Company moved to their present location on North Pittsbuig Street where their opening was em event that tool; the town by storm. * We are proud of our success, not measuring the amount of p of its in dollars and cents. We are proud to have served you well, to have given you our very best, to have won your confidence and attained your good will. We think this job has been definitely well done and we wish to thank each and every one of you for your fait a and very kind co-operation. We feel that this T Oth Anniversary is well worth celebrating and after due consideration have decided to celebrate it with a real honest-to-goodness money savin?; event. If you will follow our announcements m the newspapers tomorrow and Friday we are sure it will be well woi th your while. We thank you very sincerely, S. D. Oppenheim P. Gigliotti f^' 1 f 5 *?
