Cooperation of (he receivers of motor cars and trucks is being sought through medium ot local automobile dealers associations nt Pittsburg, Connetlfevllltt, Johnstown, Youngstown, Wheelng, Steubeuvlllo, Cumberland, Altoona, Canton and New Caatlo. Similar action Is being undertaken with tho contractor a n d constructors through the state chapters ot - the Associated. Contractors of America, a National organization. This parallels the handling which has boon con.Hifitently followed in connection with each construction contract let by tho Pennsylvania Highway Department, in which tho road contractor's cooperation, in completely unloading cure has been solicited. The board's theory iu t h a t a car la in (it condition to receive iny klml of lading when turned out by its manufacturer and would remain ao if each consignee accepts the reeponsfbility ot completely unloading his consignment, including, of course, the dun- nage, blocking, bracing, etc., which is, in reality, an integral part of the consignment !y reason of the fact that itfl t r a n s p o r t a t i o n is covered ly the freight charges.
