Wedding plans are incomplete. Miss West and her fiance are graduates of South Charleston High School. She belongs to Charleston Assembly 1, Order of Rainbow for Girls and is employed part-time by the West Virginia Tuberculosis and Respiratory Disease Assn. He is a student at Nashville Auto Diesel College in Nashville, Tenn. Miss West is the granddaughter of Mrs. Ruby Whatley of Charleston and Mr. and Mrs. R. M. Elliott of South Charleston.
