Catron-Hardman Nuptial Vows Exchanged Saturday in Dunbar Engagements Announced Miss Sarah June Hardman, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Justin J. Hardman of Nitro, and William A. Catroo, son of Mr. and Mrs. George D. Catroa of Dunhar, were married Saturday at the First Presbyterian Church of Dunbar by the Rev. Calvin S. Rice. Mrs. Don Hagar was pianist and organist, and the bride was given in marriage by her father. » » · MRS. TUDI Hooper Bowles of Charleston was matron of honor and bridesmaids were Mrs.. Jean Bowen Hardman of Hurricane, Mrs. Debra Dawson Webb of Charleston and Rose Marie Young of Elkview. Shane England of Dunbar was best man and ushers were Steve Ward and Frank Fletcher of Dunbar and the father of the bridegroom. The couple left for a trip to Florida after a reception at the Dunbar Woman's Club. They will reside in Dunbar. » « » SHE GRADUATED from Nitro High School and has a B.S. degree in music education from West Virginia State College, where she was head majorette, a member of the choir, the College Singers, the band and the Music Educators National Conference. She also is a member of the Ladies Oriental Shrine, Rainbow Grand Cross of Color and the 4-H Kapawha Tribe. MRS. W. A. CATRON -- former Sarah Hardman Her husband graduted from Dunbar High School, attended West Virginia State where he played on the baseball team and majored in business administration and physical education. Newcomer et Valley Brook Drive will be the setting an Aug. 23 for the lawn wedding of their daughter, Victoria Susan, and John L CottreiL His parents are Mr. and Mrs. D.G. Cottrell of Corvair Drive. Both Miss Newcomer and her fiance are graduates of Sissoovilk High School. She is employed by Blue Cross and attends Center College. He attends West Virginia State College and is employed by The Diamond.
