Senora Ilia Bourzac of the Cuban Ministry of Tourism has been covering Britain, making her tourist pitch. "We want to show people," she announced, ?what has been achieved since the revo^ lution. We not only offer sun, swimming, and all tourist conveniences, but Cuba would like to show other people how we run our systeml . " Medical officials in charge of the 1976 Summer Olympics at Montreal say that drugs and sex will once again be their main concern. Dr. Georges Letourneau reports that most of the drugs, including any -drug capable of stimulating an, athlete's performance, "" will be forbidden.
