(Staff Photo by Lewis Raines) Soviet Feverish Over Instrument MOSCOW-(AP)-Scientists in the Ukrainian city of Kharkov say they have designed an instrument that can measure the temperature of a burning match from more than 6,000 miles away. The news agency Tass said Saturday the instrument's operation "is based on the property of substance to react to the slightest changes in ambient temperature.
