DEATHS BENNETT, Harry Gilbert. Of Arundel, Quebec, passed away at the Argenteuil Hospital, Lachute, Quebec on Thursday, January 2, 1997 at the age of seventy-three. Left to mourn the loss of a loving husband is his wife Jean E. (Jackson). Harry also leaves three devoted step-sons, David (Barbara) Cambridge, Ontario, George (Charlotte) of Oakville, Ontario, 10, and Pastor Gerald (Kathy) of Lincoln, Nebraska, USA.

He also leaves nine grandchildren. Left to mourn the loss of a loving brother are sisters Freda (Ross Dey) of Brantford, Ontario and Janet (the late S.J. (Wes) Craig), of Arundel, Quebec and brothers James of Arundel, his wife Mary of Montreal, and Garnet (Dawn) also of Arundel. Harry was predeceased by a sister, Lydia and a brother, Arthur (Olive) of Partridge Green, England. He also leaves sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and many, many friends.

A memorial service will be held at the United Church of Canada, 17 Village Street, Arundel, Quebec on Saturday, January 11, 1997 at 2 p.m. A reception will be held following the service at Maplewood Inn, 10 Village Street, Arundel, Quebec.
