MOUNT PLEASANT GARBAGE CASE TAKEN MOURT MOUNT PLEASANT At a hearing before Burgess Sam Etze Friday night at the borough building, Joseph Ponzurik pleaded guilty to a violation of the borough garbage ordinance and the case was taken to court. The information was made by Chief of Police Spencer Hyde, who stated that on July 15 he had observed Ponzurik removing garbage, and he admitted to having taken garbage from the Walter Shober residence in East Washington St. He stated that he had seven children to support. He consulted an attorney and was advised to collect garbage until he was stopped. It was stated that when bond is required by the court it will be placed by Pon- zurik, and his wife Josephine.
