Obituaries Ernest Johnson, 60, Former Butcher Dies Ernest Johnson 60, husband of Pea-1 E. (Bender) Johnson, 33 Henry New Berlinville, died Sunday morning in Medical Center North where he was admitted Saturday. He had been ill for one year. A native of New Berlinville, he was a son of the late Edwin and Alice (Weller) Johnson. He was a member of Trinity Eveangelical Congregational Helen K.

Levan, Schwenksville, Dies at Age 72 Helen K. (Schurr) Levan, 72, widow of Harry L. Levan, 315 Main Schwenksville, died in Medical Center East Sunday morning after being taken ill at home. Born in Douglassville, she was a daughter of the late George W. and Catherine Schurr, and for 23 years she owned and operated the Perkiomen View Hotel, Graterford, prior to her retirement a year ago.

She was a member of Jerusalem Lutheran Church, Sch-: wenksville. Surviving are a son, Harry L. at home, a daughter, Helen, wife of Freeman Hafer, Cedarville, Chester a brother, Nobel Schurr, Clearfield Avenue, Trooper, and seven grandchildren. Funeral services will be 2 Church, Boyertown, and its Men's Bible Class, and the Liberty Fire New Berlinville. He was last employed at the Bally Case and Cooler Bally, for the past three years and prior to that was a butcher for 35 years.

Surviving with his widow are two sons: Willard New Berlinville, and Francis Earlville; one daughter, Diane wife of Philip Xanthopoulos, Douglassville. And, three brothers; Norman, Boyertown, Boyertown, Lloyd W. RD one sister, Lizzie Mae, wife of Henry K. Werstler, 304 N. Price and ight grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday from the L. W. Ott Funeral Home, 111 N. Reading Boyertown.

The Rev. William S. Ryan, pastor of Trinity Evangelical a i ft a 1 Church, Boyertown, will officiate. Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery, Boyertown. A viewing will be from 7 to 9 pm.
