Joseph Kelley Dies Suddenly Joseph Clifford Kelley. a civil servant for the past 40; years, died suddenly at nil home. 362 Friel street, on Saturday. He was 62. At the time of Tlis death was Chief Treasury Officer, lor tha Penitentiaries Branch of the Department of Justice.
