REFINING CRUDE OIL RISK AND FAILURE fSIMPOSSIBLE Because we have a 15 acre plant site paid for Machinery now on ground and construction of one unit of a thousand barrels will be completed within forty days the other three units will be finished very rapidly We own a 48 acre oil lease near the Perkins well which is expected to be a big producer this week which will cause our land to sell for enough to build tvo rol leries of four thousand barrels each Our directors are recommended by 4 Stephenville Texas Banks where our refinery plant is now being bailt We ask you to wire them for references Refining Stock ooes not go below par value We will pay you big dividends There are twelve refineries now being built and in operation under the Davis system in Texas Those in operation are paying splendid dividends to their stockholders Refining Oi This is not a chance proposition You are not going to get a dry hole for your money There is approximately 19000000 gallons of gasoline used and burned every 24 hours figure this at the retail prices now paid tor gasoline and the motor car companies estimate that there will be ihree million new cars placed on the market in 1920 The oil fraternity predict 500 a barrel for crude oil by the middle of the summer this will mean another sharp advance in gasoline and in turn will mean larger DIVIDENDS for those who own sock in the refineries The Hogg Creek Refining Co with its low capitalization in fact we have the lowest capitalization of any refinery in the United States for the capacity of the plant now under construction You have never had the opportunity before to make as much money for the amount invested in one years time as you will if you get in the Hogg Creek Refining Co Construction work on refinery at Stephenville is progressing nicely The wells near location of refinery are reported making good progress The company owns 15 acres near the Gardner well which has been capped waiting further developments A number of new locations surrounding company property are reported and the company has refused a large profit for its 15 acres near the Gardner well On the strength of the excitement due to the fact that we are likely to have oil at our very door and the possibility of our securities going sky high our stock at Stephenville has been selling fast We are in hopes to be able to announce soon that we have closed our books and will have no further stock to sell ftt any price Liberty Bonds Accepted at Par A WARDLAW State Agent Safford Ariz OfficeANext Door to Pace Hardware Co Mr Wardlaw has underwritten a small block of Refinery stock which he will sell at 100 per share while it lasts The stock went to 200 per share on February 15th JWMLMiM Mm H1 T1 rlS5WUHIfiHt Till4i5FTWJr BR i
