New in the Smyrna Court Clerk Staff water A proposed agreement to operate Murfreesboro's two seventh and eighth grades is to be considered by the Rutherford County Board of Education Thursday. Superintendent Hulon Watson told board members Tennessee's commissioner of education issued a letter Tuesday supporting a proposed agreement between the Rutherford County and Murfreesboro City schools systems.
