He is survived by his loving daughters, Janna Mintz and husband, Scott Tyson, of Albuquerque, NM and Claudia Shaw and husband, Eric, of Atlanta; grandchildren, Emily Shaw, Jared Mintz, and Tauby Mintz; and other relatives and friends. Ezra was preceded in death by his siblings, David Weiss, Marlene Weiss, Max Mintz, and Muriel Kahn. He was born in the Bronx, NY on September 20, 1932 to Joseph and Fannie Mintz.

Ezra attended DeWitt Clinton High School and served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean Conflict on the US Myles C. Fox (DD-829). He went to Columbia University where he received his degree in Economics. Ezra moved to Atlanta in 1962 and served as a financial consultant in-house in various companies.

In 1981 he started his own successful technology company, Colorgraphic Communications Corporation, helping to usher in the days of color computer monitors and multi-screen displays. Ezra received a patent from the United States Patent and Trademark Office for his invention in this area. His philanthropy extended to The High Museum of Art, Atlanta Botanical Gardens, Smithsonian Institution, as well as the Atlanta Jewish Federation and the Simon Wiesenthal Center. He endowed the Fannie Mintz Scholarship at the School of General Studies, Columbia University. Ezra was named among the top 250 Greats on the Columbia University's Alumni List.

He was a loving father and grandfather and will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Loomis was a native of East Tennessee, the daughter of the late Ernest Rippetoe and Mary Talley Rippetoe. She was a 1943 graduate of the University of Tennessee. Following graduation, she chose a newly introduced adventure as a hostess on the first Southern Railway diesel trains with special reserve seats from New York to New Orleans. This experience proved the start of her professional career as an ambassador for the Southern Railway. She then spent 30 years in the electric appliance industry with Hot Point, General Electric, Frigidaire, and others.

Her connection with these companies was as a consumer educator working with colleges, newspapers, radio and television. Shortly before retiring she returned to Atlanta and married Frank Loomis. They spent many years traveling and lake and deep sea fishing. She enjoyed reading, flower gardening and was an excellent cook. After Mr.

Loomis died in 1988, she became a volunteer at the Atlanta History Center, a member of the Auxillary of Piedmont Hospital, and an active participant at the book store of her church. She was a communicant of the Episcopal Cathedral of St. Philip, member of the Daughters of the King, member of the Board of Directors for the book store, and member of the St. Teresa Guild. Surviving are her only brother, Ernest Rippetoe, and his wife, Betty B.

Rippetoe of Morristown, Tennessee, and several nieces and nephews. Also surviving are children of Mr. earlier marriage, they being Gregg Loomis of Atlanta, GA, Frank Loomis of New York City, NY, and Hugh Loomis of Charlotte, NC. A memorial service will be held in the Mikell Chapel of the Episcopal Cathedral of St. Philip at 10:00 A.M.

on Tuesday, March 25, 2008 with interment in the Memorial Garden of the Cathedral. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather and was preceded in death by his wife Lucy Price in February 1996 and granddaughter Anna Leigh Beck in September 1990.

He was a decorated WWII Army Veteran serving with the 36th Texas Infantry Division. He was the recipient of the Silver Star, Bronze Star, 2 Purple Hearts and the French Croix de Guerre. Louis, MO and lived most of her life in Atlanta, GA. Dee was active at the Cathedral of St. Philip where she was a member of the Daughters of the King and St. Guild. She was a life member of the Auxiliary of Piedmont Hospital and served on the Board for ten years.

She was an avid golfer and won multiple championships at both Ansley and Capital City Clubs. She also served as the president of the Golf Association at both clubs. Dee loved to dance and shared this joy with family and friends. She was active all of her life and attended exercise and tai chi classes until the time of her death. Her husband of 65 years, Daniel McKeever, died in 1998.

She is survived by her daughter, Deenie McKeever of Atlanta and Cartersville. Her son, Daniel McKeever, Jr. of Auburn, AL, and his wife Beverly; six grandchildren, Dee Simonton and her husband Mark of Roswell, Dana Falcon and her husband Kenay of Lafayette, LA, Dax McKeever of Los Angeles, CA, Kyle McKeever and his wife Lydia of Auburn, AL, Tyler McKeever, also of Auburn and Jesse McKeever and his wife Kat of Mendota, VA. Rheay, died Wednesday, March 19, 2008 in the residence she shared with her nephew Jack Duncan wife Della. Miss Rheay was a resident of Atlanta since 1937. She graduated from Montivallo College in Alabama. Then she received a Masters Degree of Library Sciences from Emory University. Mary began the career that she loved at the Central Branch of the Atl.

Public Library Central Branch. She became Assistant Director of the Atl. Public Library System. She then retired from APLS to become Director of the Cobb County Library System until she retired at 70 in 1990. Miss Rheay was a long time of the Atl.

Symphony Guild. She also stayed active as a of the Marietta Chapter of Rotary Club until 2005. She is survived by nephews Jack Duncan wife Della, nephew George Duncan wife Sheila and great nephews Jackson, Geoff Larry. Memorial services to be announced. She was a devout Christian and knew the Bible in all facets. Mrs. Hunter worked at spreading God's word, teaching several students all she knew. She was known to many as the Gospel Carrier. She assisted those in need by providing their basic necessities.

Mrs. Hunter was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil Jobe Hunter. Surviving are her daughter and son-in-law, Jo Ann and Juan Codias; granddaughter, Miss Jo Anna Codias, all of Atlanta; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, March 25th in the chapel of A.

S. Turner Sons. Interment will follow at Floral Hills Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Monday at A.
