Gene was born in Pike County. He was the son of the late Lamar E. Dunn grandson of the late MI. Dunn and Myrtis H. Dunn and the late AT.

Chapman and Elna Ruth Chapman of Hampton. He is survived by his loving wife of 17 years, Charlene Dunn; mother, Frances C. Dunn of Zebulon; two daughters, Stephanie Cheri of Williamson and Jennifer Noelle of Knoxville, TN; twin granddaughters, Elizabeth Noelle and Sophia Noelle; sister, Betty Barker of Ocala, FL; nieces, Carolyn Ginise, Rebecca Means and Deborah Means; great-nephew, Joey Ginise. Gene served in the United States Air Force from 1970 to 1974 with the 335th Tactical Fighter Squadron with the 4th Combat Tactical Fighter Wing in the Vietnam War. Honorably discharged with the rank of Sergeant, he was a graduate of Goergia State with a degree in Sociology.

Gene was the Director of DFACS in both Pike and Lamar Counties where he retired after 34 years of service. He enjoyed golfing, along with many other sports, spending time with his animals on the farm and being in the company of his family and friends. Roy W. Hinchey, the longest term of service being with Jefferson Avenue Baptist Church in East Point, Georgia. Her life example and legacy to her family and friends was her strength and steadfastness of mind, heart and character, rooted deeply in the Christian Faith. She is survived by her children, John W. Hinchey of Atlanta, Georgia, Jama Ruth Coker of New Market, Tennessee, now serving with her husband as missionary assistants in Entebbe, Uganda; grandchildren, Paul W.

September 27, 1942, the daughter of the late John Murray McKelvey and Joyce Cates McKelvey. She attended West Rome High School and Shorter College graduating with a degree in music. She was an accomplished pianist and organist and taught private music lessons for many years. She lived in Tucker before moving to Jasper, GA. Survivors include her husband R.C.

Bob is survived by his wife, Angela Temple, and children, James, Robert, Jennifer, Andrew, Philip, and Sarah, and granddaughters, Elizabeth Temple and Ricarda Temple. Bob attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (class of '55), where he was a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity; graduating with BS degrees in chemical engineering and business administration, and later serving as the President of the MIT Alumni Clubs in both Houston and Atlanta and acting as the President and a 20 year contributor to the MIT Enterprise Forum. Bob's professional career started at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, where Bob served on a team working on designs for an atomic-powered airplane. His career then extended from being a consulting chemical engineer to serving as the Vice President of American Cryogenics, Inc. and CEO of Lang Engineering, Inc.

While with Lang, Bob led teams to negotiate turnkey rice and sugar production facilities, funded through the U.S Export-Import Bank and World Bank, in far-flung locations like Nicaragua (Central America) and the Ivory Coast (West Africa). While based in Houston, Bob was a Vice President with the British American Tobacco Group, where he ran B.A.T.'s world-wide agricultural business. As a result of this work, Bob became a 20 year member and past President of the Houston Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Association. More recently, Bob was the founder and President of Houston-based Gulf Crest International. Services will be held at 1 :00 p.m.

Express condolences at ajc.comoblts TERRY, Dorothy DOROTHY ANN TERRY Dorothy Ann Terry passed away peacefully, after a long illness, on Monday, July 16 at her home in Jacksonville, Florida. Dodie was born in Cumming, Georgia on September 16, 1931. She was one of a family of twelve and spent the first twenty years of her life in the Greater Atlanta area.

Dorothy married Jim Terry on July 26, 1952 and after a couple of relocations, moved to Jacksonville to stay in 1959. Dodie was the consummate Homemaker and she sought perfection in almost everything she did. After raising her two children, Dodie went into the real estate profession; an industry in which she remained for close to twenty-five years. Dodie enjoyed cooking, gardening, the Gators, and most of all her family. Dodie is preceded in death by her parents Martin and Mary Terry, her former husband Jim Terry, and seven brothers and sisters.

She is survived by daughter Laura Hallam of Waldo, son Ric Terry (Jackie) of Jacksonville, and two sisters, Kitty Carroll of Atlanta and Boots Tant (Ray) of Atlanta. Dodie also had five grandchildren; Erika Hallam, Sean Hallam, Brian Terry (Mary), Brooks Terry, and Brent Terry. Additionally, she leaves numerous cousins, nieces and nephews including Doug Carroll, her caretaker for the past five months. She will be sorely missed by her family and friends. A memorial service will take place at Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home, 4115 Hendricks Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida on Thursday, July 19 at 2:00 PM.

A private graveside service will precede the memorial service in Fort White, Florida at 10:00 AM. Mrs. Siegert was an accomplished concert violinist and talented artist.

She was born in Roanoke, Virginia and moved to Norfolk, Virginia as a child. Her first violin lessons were with her mother, May Hamaker Henley, renowned violinist and voice teacher. She was a member of the Feldman String Quartet, the Norfolk, Richmond and Birmingham Symphony Orchestras. Mrs. Siegert and her husband established the Kurt Siegert Strings, which performed daily for 29 years in the Empire Room at the Executive Inn in Louisville, Kentucky.

Mrs. Siegert and her husband moved to Atlanta in March 2007 to be near their daughter Ingrid. Mrs. Siegert is survived by her husband, Kurt Siegert, her daughter Barbara Hendricks and her husband Tom of Santa Rosa, California, her son George Bell, III and his wife Diane of Virginia Beach, Virginia, her daughter Ingrid Siegert and her husband Tim Puckett of Atlanta, Georgia, her grandson Charles Griffin and his wife Gloria, her sister-in-law Ingrid Brown and her husband Edgar, her brother-in-law Georg Siegert and his wife Eva, and her nieces Sandra Wimbish, and her husband Scott, and Karen Brown and her husband Andrew. Visitation will be on Friday, July 20th from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.

Mrs. Eifrid and her family had resided in Roswell since 1978. She was the owner and operator of the "Snooty Fox" Picture Framing Shop on Hwy. 92 at Sandy Plains. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister.

She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Douglas Eifrid of Roswell; sons, Brandon Eifrid of Denver, CO. and Micah Eifrid of Atlanta. (Bill) FULLER, JR.

Bill was born December 13. 1939 inToccoa (Stephens County), Georgia. He went home to his Heavenly reward on July 16, 2007 after a courageous battle with cancer. Bill was owner of Fuller's Texaco on Scott Boulevard for 28 years, where he repaired many cars for his faithful customers. He was currently employed by Coach America bus company.

He was a faithful member for 39 years of Briarlake Baptist Church and more recently a member and Sunday School teacher at First Baptist Snellville. He was a very active member of Bible Study Fellowship and attended Promise Keepers each year it was held in Atlanta. He loved God's word and prayed for his family and friends every day. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 46 years, Jackie Fuller of Tucker; his daughter and son-in-law, Teresa and David Tidwell of Snellville; his daughter and son-in-law, Pamela Gaye and Jon Peerson of Loganville; his son, Stan Fuller of Tucker and five precious and adored grandchildren. He is also survived by his dear mother, Nell Fuller of Tucker; three sisters, Jean Hannah of Duluth, Judy Bolt of Dacula; and Nancy Wickham of Duluth; a brother and sister-in-law, Rick and Evelyn Fuller of Lilburn; and many nieces, and nephews.

He also has several aunts, an uncle and many cousins who loved and adore him. Bill was predeceased by his father, Bennie W. Fuller, Sr. in 1992 and his first grandson, Bradley James Peerson on May 15, 2007. Bill was a model to all of "how to live and how to prepare for His family, friends neighbors, co-workers, church friends and anyone who knew him will always remember his loyalty and dedication to life.

The funeral will be at 11 AM, Thursday, July 19, 2007 at Bill Head Funeral Home, Lilburn Tucker Chapel. Interment will be in Floral Hills Memory Gardens, Tucker.
